The app isn't fluid enough to open your room door. You will stand awkwardly in the hallway while your door unlocks and locks rapidly.
It doesnt work at all, you cannot get to your room or even the building. I hope not to get a hotel with these system again.

Front door key would not work several times. The room key did work everytime (The EO Inn)
The app doesn't work at all. Not for the front door, elevator, or room. I'm locked out and can't get into th building even. Ridiculous.
Works on wife phone, not mine. Finally got my phone going, now hers is not. And the same, again. Piece of nonsense.
It failed at the one thing it was supposed to do: unlocking the door.
App will not launch. Have reinstalled multiple times. It worked great my last 4 stays...but today...not so much
